📋 Reminder: Sports Physicals Required! 🏃♀️🏈⚽
Before participating in your first sport of the school year, a current sports physical is required. Physicals are valid for one full year from the date they’re completed.
For example, if your physical was done during winter season, it will still be valid for fall sports the following school year.
You can take the attached physical form to your doctor or a local urgent care clinic to complete your exam. Be sure to plan ahead—you cannot participate in practices or games until your physical is on file.
